The short version: EstiFare has no user accounts, no sign-in, and no servers of our own. Everything you enter stays on your device. We don't collect, sell, or share your personal data — because we never receive it.
Information stored on your device
Everything you enter in EstiFare is stored locally on your iPhone and is never transmitted to us:
- Driver and company details (name, company name, address, phone, website, TCP/license, vehicle)
- Pricing settings and driver profiles
- Ride history and fare calculations
- Payment handles you choose to display (PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle)
- Your company logo image
Deleting the app deletes this data. We cannot access, recover, or restore it.
Location
With your permission, EstiFare uses your device location to detect your pickup point, estimate fares, and track trips you start. Address search and routing are processed by Apple Maps (MapKit) under Apple's privacy policy. We do not receive, collect, or store your location on any server.
Photos
If you add a company logo, EstiFare uses Apple's photo picker, which shares only the single image you select. The logo is stored locally and appears only on receipts and quotes that you choose to share.
Receipts and quotes you share
PDF receipts and quote messages are generated on your device. They are shared only when you use the share button, through the apps you choose (Messages, WhatsApp, Mail, etc.). What you share, and with whom, is entirely under your control.
Purchases
EstiFare PRO purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see your payment information. You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
Notifications
Safety notifications are scheduled locally on your device. We do not send push notifications from a server.
What we do not do
- No analytics or tracking SDKs
- No advertising
- No selling or sharing of personal data
- No data collection on our servers — we don't have servers
Children
EstiFare is intended for professional drivers and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date.
